At Gustavs, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Returns must first be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved. This ensures the fastest possible processing.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same conditions as outlined above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days

  • Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund
