When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase.

A binding agreement is formed only once you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

Incorrect stock availability
Obvious errors

If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT in accordance with Dutch law.

Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Payment must be completed before shipment.

We use secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.

6. SHIPPING & RISK

Shipping is currently available within the Netherlands only.

Estimated delivery times are provided for indication purposes and are not guaranteed.

In accordance with EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage passes to you at the moment you or a third party designated by you physically receive the goods.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
